Tavares Ridley entered this world 1979 he was born in Chicago IL. He was the first of his siblings. Tavares was baptized at a young age at Christ Tabernacle Church. He attended Mary Lyon then graduated and proceeded into Taff High School

Tavares was a joy to the world; he always liked to crack jokes, he was always optimistic and willing to support at any time. Tavares himself was an outstanding icon of selflessness by always making sure other people were okay before himself. He had exquisite taste in clothes,shoes,music, and movies. He also was an excellent cook.

Tavares was a prolific worker and took care of his mother to the day he departed from the world. He always earned all his money and he was a community supporter.


He left in mourning his loving mother Eddice Ridley, his sons Lamar Brown and Tavares Ridley Jr, his sisters Lavitia Ridley and Yasmin Ridley, his nephews Marquan Ridley, Jakie Ridley, Andre Collins Jr, Ismaaeel Jamison Jr, his niece Ja’Zariah Ridley, special niece Jaliyah Scarbough, his great nephew Jamari Ridley, his aunties Joeann Brunson, Sharon Wallace, Jackie Young, his uncle Greylon Ridley and a host of family and friends
