Condolence From: Alfreda Vernon
Condolence: Momma Janie, Thank you for your unselfish loving compassionate heart and sharing Mildred, Liz, Randy, and Jerell with me. Mildred sisterhood with Mildred has last for 41 years and still strong as ever. As a kid from a dysfunctional home I felt so blessed to be a part of a loving beautiful family, and a place to escape from all the madness that was going with my family. Over the years although I wore out my welcome coming over almost everyday you never said no, never made me feel unwanted, rejected or unwelcomed. You always made me feel like family welcomed like I belonged and when I would leave to go home you would simply yell out in a happy tone "see ya tomorrow Free"! Thank you for helping to fill my childhood with unforgettable happy memories like: downtown popcorn day, lemon aid and kool aid day on hot summer days and plenty of laughter, the trip to Fun Town, your famous one line sayings. I will never forget you I pray that heaven is greater than you imagined say hi to my dad . Thank you for being a friend to a kid that needed it. Your loving daughter, Free
